Refunds
We will accept returns of unopened product for refund or exchange per bottle within 180 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns after 180 days of purchase, unless a promotion specifically specifies another timeframe.
Refunds will be for product purchase price per bottle and will not include shipping. To make a return, please email us at support@tricholabs.com for a return authorization and a shipping address. Return shipments are at the cost of the buyer.
Resale
Tricho Labs prohibits resale of its products unless there is explicit resale agreement with the company.
For this reason, customers are limited to purchasing 12 units of any product within a 30 day period. If a customer does obtain over 12 units of inventory at a time within a 30 day period, for resale purpose or other. We will not honor the money-back guarantee.
Tricho Labs reserves the right to restrict purchases to buyers suspected of reselling product due to quantities purchased.
